‍3. No Lawyer-Client Relationship
‍Using Wrinkle does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Wrinkle.A lawyer-client relationship is only formed directly between you and a lawyer you choose to engage.

‍4. Marketplace Role
‍Wrinkle acts as a neutral platform.We do not endorse or recommend any specific lawyer. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of legal services. We do not control or supervise lawyers’ work.Any engagement is solely between you and the lawyer.

‍5. User Accounts
‍You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login details secure, and use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

‍6. Lawyer Responsibilities
‍If you are a lawyer using Wrinkle, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date profile information, comply with all applicable laws and professional rules (including those of the Law Society in your jurisdiction), and ensure your communications and services meet your professional obligations. Wrinkle is not responsible for your compliance.

‍7. Client Responsibilities
‍If you are seeking legal services, you agree to provide accurate information about your legal issue, use the platform in good faith, and independently evaluate any lawyer before engaging them.

‍8. Matching and Search Results
‍Wrinkle may present lawyers based on the information you provide. These results are based on available data and platform logic, are not recommendations or endorsements, and are not guarantees of suitability or outcome. You are responsible for choosing a lawyer that meets your needs.

‍9. Fees
‍Wrinkle may offer free and/or paid features.Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed. We reserve the right to introduce or change fees at any time with notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrinkle is not liable for the actions or omissions of lawyers or users, the outcome of any legal matter, or any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. Your use of Wrinkle is at your own risk.
